  6.                     1.  Color Mac Computer
  7.                     2.  System 7.5 or greater
  8.              3.  Any ppat importer  or
  9.            4.  Claris Works 2 or 3  or  ResEdit 2.1 or greater

  13.       61 Desktop Patterns done in Claris Works or Resedit to import
  14.        into your Desktop Patterns Control Panel or any ppat importer such 
  15.        as "Screenscapes". (My personal choice)

  20.       Follow the directions that came with your resource importer program
  21.       and use the ResEdit files as your resource.

  26. Claris Works Instructions for control panel installation
  27.  
  28. 1.  Double click your control panel icon in your system folder to bring it
  29.      to your desktop.
  30. 2.  Open Mikey's Pattern folder.
  31. 3.  Double click on Claris Works page icon.
  32. 4.  Select a pattern.  Magnify to 400 if needed by clicking on box in lower
  33.      left corner of Claris window.
  34. 5.  Make sure dotted lines are on the first row of pixels surrounding the 
  35.      pattern for a seamless pattern.
  36. 6.  Select copy from the edit menu.
  37. 7.  Close the Claris window and if asked to save changes, click yes.
  38. 8.  Click on the Desktop Control Panel to select.
  39. 9.  Select paste from edit menu.
  40. 10. New pattern should be the last one shown in the control panel.
  41. 11. Install pattern to your desktop.

  45. 1.  Double click your desktop pattern control panel icon in your system folder to bring it to your desktop
  46.      2.  Open Mikey's Pattern folder.
  47. 3.    Double click to open either resedit file.
  48. 4.    Double click to open ppat icon.
  49. 5.    Click on a pattern to select.
  50. 6.    Select copy from edit menu.
  51. 7.    Click on desktop pattern control panel to select.
  52. 8.    Select paste from the edit menu.
  53. 9.    New pattern should be the last one shown in the control panel.
  54. 10.    Install the new pattern to your Desktop.
